I decided to write a Pearl Demon Drive delineate after purchasing the pedal 9 months ago. As I didn't know a whole lot about the Demon Drives prior to purchasing them, I figured I would write a short delineate to help drummers who are seeing to upgrade their drumkit with a new duplicate pedal.
First of all, I'd like to state that I am a metal drummer. I have played in various metal bands over the years with many distinct styles of playing. But the most leading base element between all the metal bands I have played with is the use of duplicate pedal. In particular, speed, power, and feel are the most leading elements in a duplicate pedal for metal drumming. seeing the right equilibrium between these three is essential and it resulted in me going through numerous pedals before seeing the right one. But ultimately I found it after Years of looking: the Pearl Demon Drive duplicate Pedal.

When I bought the Demon Drives a few months ago, the gravity of my buy didn't hit me until a few weeks later. After hooking them up to my kit I was very impressed by their smoothness and speed, but not so much by their feel and power. They just seem to quite have sufficient juice to be the best duplicate pedal for metal drumming.
But when I looked through the hand-operated that came with the pedal, I noticed a detailed guide on all the distinct adjustments that can be made to them. I immediately noticed that there was an adjustment I could make to the beater to get more power out of each stroke. I changed it from the Finesse position to the Power position and right away got a more grand stroke out of the pedal.
The pedal also has a short-board to long-board conversion for the foot-board, and as I wanted to added design heel-toe technique, I switched it to the longboard setting. It was easy to change and only required the removal of a few screws.
I must have spent the whole day adjusting the pedal, going through all the distinct combinations and was impressed by all the inherent adjustments that can be made to the Pearl Demon Drive. Without a doubt, it is one of the most versatile pedals on the shop and allows you to convention adjust it to your desired playing.
In the end, I found that the Demon Drives were the best duplicate pedal for my playing. If you are a metal drummer, it is well worth it to check them out.
